How to request a refund

Refunds are handled by Apple or Google, not by Hiya Spam Blocker directly.

Refund on iPhone

1. Visit reportaproblem.apple.com and sign in

2. Select "Request a refund"

3. Choose your reason and select the Hiya Spam Blocker purchase

Refund on Android

1. Open the Google Play Store

2. Tap your profile icon → Payments & subscriptions → Budget & history

3. Find the Hiya Spam Blocker charge and tap Report a problem
