Before uninstalling: If you use Call Screener, you must deactivate it to avoid missed calls. Go to Settings, tap Deactivate Call Screener, and follow the on-screen instructions.
Long-press the Hiya Spam Blocker app icon
Tap Remove App → Delete App
If you delete or uninstall the app with Call Screener active, your calls will still be forwarded. To disable all call forwarding for your number, dial one of these codes from your device’s default Phone app:
Verizon: *73
AT&T / T-Mobile: ##004#
Other carriers: Try ##004# or ##21#

Go to Settings → Apps (called App Manager on some Samsung phones)
Find and tap Hiya
Tap Uninstall
Or find Hiya: Spam Blocker on the Google Play Store and tap Uninstall.
