If you've purchased Hiya Spam Blocker Premium but Premium features aren’t active, follow the steps below.
iPhone
Open the App Store app
Tap your profile icon at the top right
Tap Subscriptions and verify Hiya Spam Blocker shows as active
Open Hiya Spam Blocker and go to Settings → Restore subscription
You may need to restart your phone and reopen the app
Android
Open Google Play Store
Tap your profile icon → Payments & subscriptions → Subscriptions
Confirm Hiya Spam Blocker is listed as active
Open Hiya Spam Blocker, open the Premium tab, and tap Restore
Clear the app cache: Settings → Apps → Hiya → Storage → Clear Cache
You may need to restart your phone and reopen the app
Still not working?
If Premium still isn't activating after these steps, go to Settings → Help and support to contact our support team. Please provide the phone number associated with your subscription.
