Hiya does not process payments directly. All subscriptions are managed through Apple App Store (iPhone) or Google Play Store (Android).
Free trial ended: If you started a free trial and didn't cancel before it expired, your subscription automatically converted to a paid plan.
Auto-renewal: Subscriptions renew automatically unless you cancel before the renewal date.
Family sharing: Someone on your family account may have subscribed.
iPhone: Settings > [your name] > Subscriptions
Android: Play Store > Profile > Payments & subscriptions > Subscriptions
Apple: Visit reportaproblem.apple.com, sign in with your Apple ID, find the charge, and request a refund.
Google: Visit play.google.com/store/account/subscriptions, find Hiya Spam Blocker, and tap 'Report a problem' to request a refund.
Refund decisions are made by Apple or Google, not by Hiya. Most requests are processed within 48 hours.
