When you get a new phone, your Hiya Spam Blocker subscription transfers automatically through your App Store or Play Store account. Here’s how to set it up.
Note: Your call history and personal block list do not transfer between devices. You’ll start fresh on the new phone.
Download Hiya: Spam Blocker from the App Store on your new phone
Open the app and complete the initial setup
If Premium doesn’t activate automatically, go to Settings → Contact & Support → Restore subscription
Enable call identification: Settings → Phone → Call Blocking & Identification — toggle Hiya ON
Download Hiya: Spam Blocker from the Play Store using the same Google account
Open the app and complete the initial setup
Your Premium subscription should restore automatically. If not, open the Premium tab and tap Restore
Set as default phone app: Settings → Apps → Default apps → Phone app → Hiya
App Store and Play Store subscriptions are not transferable between platforms. If you’re switching from iPhone to Android (or vice versa):
Cancel your subscription on your old platform first
Download Hiya Spam Blocker on your new phone
Subscribe to Premium again through the new platform’s store
