If your contacts aren't appearing in Hiya Spam Blocker, the app likely doesn't have permission to access them.
Note: Hiya only uses your phone's contact list to appropriately handle calls. We do not use or share contact information for any other purpose.
Allow contacts permission on Android
On your Android device, open Settings → Apps → Hiya → Permissions
Tap Contacts and select Allow
Allow contacts permission on iPhone
On your iPhone, open Settings → Apps → Hiya → Contacts
Tap Full Access
Still not showing?
Try restarting your phone after granting permission. If contacts still don't appear, uninstall and reinstall Hiya Spam Blocker — this resets all permissions and prompts you to grant them again.
