If the Hiya Spam Blocker app appears zoomed in, oversized, or has text and buttons cut off at the edges, this is a known display issue affecting some iPhones running older versions of the app.
Do not uninstall and reinstall the app. This is a rendering issue inside the app itself — reinstalling won't fix it and will erase your block list.
1. Force-close and reopen the app:
Swipe up from the bottom of your screen (or double-press the Home button on older iPhones) to open the app switcher
Find Hiya Spam Blocker and swipe it up to close
Reopen the app
2. Check your text size setting: If you use a very large system font size, it can make the display issue worse. Go to Settings → Accessibility → Display & Text Size → Larger Text and try reducing the font size temporarily to see if it improves the layout.
3. Restart your iPhone.
4. Update the app: Find Hiya Spam Blocker on the App Store, and install the update if one is available.
Updates may not be available to all users right away. Turn on automatic updates to ensure that your app is updated as soon as a new version is available.
